**Working Conditions and Physical Requirements**
As a remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be working in a home office environment, which requires:
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* A full-time commitment, with hours of operation from 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 365 days per year, including holidays
* A reasonable degree of schedule availability and flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the year
* Willingness and ability to start as late as 12pm EST and work until 9pm EST
* Internet services with a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps on the download side and a minimum of 3 Mbps on the upload side
