**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our remote team for a 4-day weekend shift. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone and chat support to our customers, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to create innovative solutions
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Work a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
* Maintain a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
