Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successful technical placements. Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the job market. Familiarity with various sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment software. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
