Employee Support Center Coordinator
Execute cross department strategies that administratively support the leadership and front-line teams. Become an SME in MA compliance, process/procedural manuals, and all local administrative practices. Responsible for station payroll & compliance, administrative technology, shift bids, vacation bids, swaps, agent qualification tracking, and all station general administration. Monitor agent reliability, pay to punch, LOA status, return to work authorizations and tracking of such. Manage employee parking process and systems. Budget tracking, financial reporting, contract services, and supporting controls. SIDA badge coordination (Massport, Delta, CBP), Customs seals, tracking and compliance logistics. Be on-site daily to provide effective communication to all operational units regarding projects. Reviews and coordinates partner contractors needs assessments and invoice payment process.
