Job Description:
• Define and communicate Gorilla Logic’s technical vision aligned to business strategy and market positioning
• Act as a connective leader across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery
• Provide architectural guidance and modernization leadership across client engagements
• Stay current on emerging AI, cloud, and software engineering trends and translate them into pragmatic customer value
• Mentor senior technical leaders and develop the next generation of engineering leadership
Requirements:
• Senior technology leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar)
• Experience in a product engineering consulting or services organization and within a product-led engineering environment
• Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales and shaping technical solutions that win complex deals
• Deep expertise in modern software engineering, cloud-native platforms, and product development
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and scaling their adoption
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
