CE Mgr II-Social Media at The Walt Disney Company in Kissimmee, FL
You will oversee social campaign management activities for Disney Consumer Products such as campaign implementation, QA, ongoing optimization, testing, performance insights reporting, and organic posting. You will also contribute to the construction of client decks and status documentation. You will have experience with paid social buying, campaign management, and organic social strategy. You... will also have some familiarity with online trafficking and tracking through ad servers and digital analytics tools. You will report to our Customer Engagement Manager, Social Media & CRM. Responsibilities :
You Will:
Implement, optimize, and report out on paid and organic social advertising campaigns. Ensure campaign is setup to track in Adobe SiteCatalyst and paid social buying/organic platforms - Focus on Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest. Work with partners to enact paid and organic strategy. Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts to ensure they are achieving the traffic, engagement and conversion goals set for each campaign. Use team workflow system (JIRA/Workfront) to request assets, and to prioritize and complete assignments based on urgency and importance. Create strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on goals provided by strategy partners. Manage the execution and reporting of ad, landing page, and vendor beta testing plans. Work with management, team members, partners and social outlets to establish policies to further improve efficiencies. Keep current on the social media advertising industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and capabilities. Basic Qualifications :
You Have:
5
years performing paid social media advertising. Have a working knowledge of Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat advertising interfaces. Familiarity with Twitter and TikTok. Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management. High proficiency with Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions). Required Education :
4 year college degree; preferred in Marketing, Media, Management, Statistics, or Finance but work experience is prioritized
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
