About the position The Business Systems Support Specialist position at the City of Chandler's Community Services Department, Library Division, focuses on providing front-line support for hardware and software issues related to department-specific systems. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and collaboration, ensuring that staff can effectively utilize technology to serve the community. Responsibilities Provide front-line support to department/division staff. , Resolve hardware and software related issues on department or division specific systems. , Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, peripherals, and other related equipment. Requirements High School Diploma or GED with some college level coursework or technical training in a computer technology area. , 3 years of experience with systems and software support, and/or service desk experience with a variety of operating systems, software, hardware, applications, peripherals and problem resolution. , Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record. Nice-to-haves Strong problem-solving and communication skills. , Proficient in computer operating systems, software applications, mobile devices, and peripherals. , Experience in system administration and user management. , Familiar with O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. , Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
