We are looking for an AI Engineer to drive the next phase of our AI capabilities. You will build and optimize ML/NLP models that generate personalized recommendations, summaries, and behavioral insights. This could includes fine-tuning LLMs, developing lightweight alternatives, and using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI responses in user-specific data.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ML/NLP models tailored to wellness-related applications.
- Fine-tune large language models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, etc.) on domain-specific data
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using user data and content repositories
- Collaborate with data engineers and wellness experts to gather requirements and ensure models meet user needs.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for applying machine learning in wellness.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve existing algorithms.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
Requirements
- Strong experience in machine learning and natural language processing.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and/or Go.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and embedding-based retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience applying machine learning in wellness, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
- Timezone from GMT-1 to GMT+4.
