The Acquisition Integration Specialist serves as the dedicated “Acquisition Concierge”, acting as a critical, high-touch liaison between PURE Home River’s executive leadership and newly acquired partners. Working alongside the Implementation Project Manager and the VP of Acquisitions, this role provides "white-glove" stewardship of teams from the moment of first contact through the successful completion of due diligence and assignment periods.
As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for the partner’s journey from start to finish. You ensure that no detail is overlooked and that the transition is as seamless and positive as possible. This role requires a blend of meticulous administrative mastery and the entrepreneurial drive to guide long-term strategic projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive "fixer" who is responsive, thoughtful, and capable of making this role their own within our fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $64,000 - $81,000/Hourly
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week
FLSA: Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the end-to-end administrative onboarding of new PURE Home River teams, independently managing the "concierge-level" experience to ensure seller satisfaction and minimal executive intervention.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for all onboarding calls during the critical due diligence and assignment windows.
- Perform audits of due diligence documentation; proactively prompt sellers to ensure 100% completion and accuracy.
- Track all critical milestones, proactively identify risks to the closing date, and implement solutions to keep the assignment period on schedule.
- Collaborate on the creation and execution of internal communication programs designed to welcome and engage employees of newly acquired teams.
- Serve as a positive brand ambassador for PURE Home River, helping to navigate cultural transitions and address staff concerns during the process.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the acquisition workflow and offer data-driven suggestions to refine our partnership strategies.
- Spearhead seamless transitions by leading cross-functional efforts with multiple PURE Home River departments; ensuring every operational pillar is fully migrated and strictly aligned with PURE Home River’s national standards.
- Serve as a versatile cross-functional resource, pivoting between various internal teams to provide surge support for high-priority tasks and seasonal initiatives.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of "one-off" specialized projects, ensuring rapid deployment and seamless coordination among stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Five years in a professional capacity
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Property management experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
