Tech-Keys is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider delivering end-to-end IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. The Account Executive will drive net-new business growth while serving as a technical, consultative partner to clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focused on net-new logo acquisition
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations with SMB clients to uncover IT challenges and business goals
- Partner with internal technical teams to design tailored IT and managed service solutions
- Present and position Tech-Keys’ full suite of services including managed IT, infrastructure, and consulting
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Nooks AI
- Manage sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline within CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Contribute to team culture and potentially take on leadership or mentorship responsibilities over time
Skills
- Proven ability to generate net-new business and manage a full sales cycle
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a competitive, performance-driven mindset
- Experience selling managed IT services, IT solutions, or technology services preferred
- Experience selling into SMB environments across various industries is a plus
