Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively • Provide information about Delta Airlines services and policies • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service • Participate in ongoing training and professional development Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Experience Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
