This role involves monitoring customer experience trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of impactful initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and engagement. If you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for strategic thinking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Strategy Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Monitoring customer experience trends and insights with expertise, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices. * Understanding and staying curious about blithequark's channels (website, app, call center, etc.), identifying opportunities to improve customer interactions and experiences. * Building and optimizing the Customer Experience roadmap, proactively managing key deliverables, milestones, and tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery. * Prioritizing delivery of impactful initiatives, balancing quick wins and long-term projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * Influencing partner initiatives using a data-centric approach, leveraging insights and metrics to inform strategic decisions. * Translating strategy into action efficiently, taking ownership from concept to completion, and ensuring seamless execution. * Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align on project goals and ownership expectations, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. * Ensuring proper tracking and measurement, delivering program recaps, benchmarks, and success metrics to inform future initiatives. * Delivering high-quality presentations for senior and executive audiences, summarizing insights, metrics, and recommendations with clarity and confidence. **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Experience Strategy Manager at blithequark, you will need: * Five (5)+ years of experience in project management, product development, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across backgrounds and functions, including senior leadership, directors, and executives. * Skilled at creating presentations and communicating effectively with senior leadership, including Directors and Executives. * Demonstrated ability to convert strategic goals into clear, actionable steps and deliver results across both short- and long-term initiatives. * Ability to challenge the status quo while building strategic alliances within and outside blithequark. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies for Customer Experience. * Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. * Agile or adaptive project management experience is a plus. * Knowledge of blithequark's channels is a plus. **Nice-to-haves** * Agile or adaptive project management experience is a plus. * Knowledge of blithequark's channels is a plus. **Benefits** As a Customer Experience Strategy Manager at blithequark, you will enjoy a competitive salary, remote work opportunities, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
