The Role We’re looking for a hands-on wholesale sales leader to own and grow BiKlik’s presence across small-to-mid-size retail chains (10–30 locations) in the optical and fashion/lifestyle space. This role is ideal for someone who has sold into retail chains and understands how to open doors, build buyer relationships, and close new wholesale accounts. Direct eyewear experience is a strong advantage, but experience selling fashion accessories or lifestyle products into retail chains can also be a great fit. This is a rare opportunity to bring a truly differentiated, patented product into retail and help shape how a new category is sold in optical and fashion stores. What You’ll Do • Identify, pitch, and close wholesale accounts with optical and fashion/lifestyle retail chains • Build and manage relationships with buyers, owners, and retail decision-makers • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → meetings → samples → closing • Clearly communicate BiKlik’s value proposition and retail selling story • Help define wholesale pricing, margins, and sell-in strategy • Gather feedback from retail partners and share insights with the founding team • Represent BiKlik as a brand ambassador in the wholesale channel Who You Are • Proven experience selling into retail chains (10–30 locations) • Background in eyewear, fashion accessories, or lifestyle brands • Experience working with medium-sized consumer brands • Comfortable selling innovative, design-forward products • Strong relationship builder with buyers and retail stakeholders • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented Big Plus (But Not Required) • Direct experience selling eyewear to optical stores or optical chains • Existing relationships with optical or fashion retail buyers • Experience launching new brands or new product categories into retail • Familiarity with wholesale terms, margins, and retail buying cycles Compensation • Flexible structure (base + commission, depending on experience) • Strong commission upside tied directly to closed accounts • Opportunity to grow into a broader wholesale or sales leadership role Apply tot his job
