Weekend Customer Experience & Proofing Assistant (Remote – U.S. Only)

The Invite Lady is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with weekend customer messages and digital proofs. This is a remote contract position for applicants located in the continental U.S. You’ll handle Amazon and Etsy customer service, order updates, and digital proofing in Photoshop. Weekend coverage is required (Friday–Sunday). Responsibilities • Reply to customer messages with warmth and professionalism • Review and proof personalized invitation designs • Upload or edit listing content (images, offers, EBC profiles) in Amazon Seller Central • Communicate clearly with the weekday team for seamless hand-offs Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English required for clear, professional customer communication. • Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (morning/afternoon/evening coverage as scheduled) • Experience with Amazon Seller Central (required) • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (Creative Cloud desktop) • Familiar with Dropbox and comfortable learning Asana task lists • Reliable high-speed internet and computer workspace • Calm, organized, and detail-driven • Willingness to use or learn ChatGPT/prompt-based tools for task support Nice to Have • Canva experience • Etsy or Shopify familiarity Pay & Structure • Independent contractor (1099) • 18–20 hours per week • $14–$15 per hour depending on experience Application Notice To be considered, complete our quick 10-minute screening form here: Only candidates who finish the form will be reviewed.
