With Gelato, the onchain future isn’t just possible—it’s already being built Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Management and Design teams to translate the product vision into functional and engaging web applications. Develop high-quality, reusable code for future use and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring application security. Maintain and improve the website and user applications, proposing new features to enhance user experience. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the web design and Web3 spaces. Participate in sprint planning and standups to discuss priorities and manage issues. Requirements Proven experience as a Frontend Developer (5+ years) with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in developing highly interactive, dynamic web applications. 5+ years of ReactJS experience including familiarity with SSR 5+ years of experience building frontends interacting with REST or GraphQL APIs 3+ years of Typescript experience 2+ years of professional experience working in Web3 with good knowledge of interacting with Ethereum smart contracts and wallets Strong CSS skills Knowledge of techniques to ensure web applications are high-performing across devices, including optimizing for load times Strong awareness of front-end security issues and best practices, particularly in the context of DApps and crypto transactions.
