About the Role (Amazon Sortation Center): Join the 'night shift' team at our Amazon Sortation Center in Charlotte, NC (CLT2). We are hiring 'Entry Level' Material Handlers to be the engine of our 'middle-mile' operation. As a Material Handler, your job is to sort and move packages from incoming trucks and prepare them for shipment to local delivery stations. This is a critical 'night shift' role that ensures packages get to the 'last mile' for next-day delivery. This is a fast-paced, physical role where 'no experience' is required. We provide full, paid training to get you up to speed on our processes and safety standards. Your New Career – The Role: As a 'Night Shift' Material Handler, your primary responsibility is the physical movement and sorting of packages. You will be working in a warehouse environment, unloading packages from trailers, placing them on conveyor belts, and sorting them onto pallets based on their destination.
