Key Responsibilities • Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing world-class service reflective of Disney standards. • Address guest inquiries, provide accurate information regarding park attractions, dining, events, and resort services. • Actively listen to guest concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective and timely resolutions. • Assist with ticket purchases, reservations, and general information, ensuring smooth transactions. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Disney products, services, and operational procedures. • Handle guest feedback and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. • Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall guest experience. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Proficiency in basic computer systems and willingness to learn new software. • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a guest-facing role. • Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish or Portuguese) are a significant plus. • Familiarity with Walt Disney World Resort and its offerings.
