Resolve unpaid insurance claims balances accurately. Independently work towards daily goals with the greater team goal of ensuring our patients are billed correctly. Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Fluent Spanish required. Professionally and courteously provide a variety of patient and insurance services through mail, telephone, e-mail and personal contact in response to patient account inquiries. Correspondence Representative - Provide a variety of patient services through mail, telephone, and personal contact in regards to outstanding receivables. Bill Processing Representative - Daily billing process to ensure that payors are receiving accurate and timely claims. Qualifications Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare collections and/or customer service experience • Experience working in a production based environment where daily, weekly and monthly goals are set and routinely met. • Computer proficiency and experience in windows based technologies • Phone or call center experience • Strong organization skills and the proven experience in the ability to problem solve.
