We're looking for a skilled VA to join our remote team and help expand our social media presence! ## What You'll Do • *Primary Focus - Social Media & Marketing (60-70%)** - Engage authentically in Facebook groups and other social platforms relevant to vacation rentals, travel, and Nashville tourism - Create and schedule posts showcasing our bookable properties with compelling visuals and descriptions - Develop and implement proven social media networking strategies to increase brand awareness - Build relationships with potential guests, property owners, and industry contacts - Monitor social media trends and opportunities in the vacation rental space - Research and identify opportunities in corporate retreat and wedding venue markets • *Administrative Support (30-40%)** - Research corporate retreat planners, wedding venues, and event coordination companies - Identify Facebook groups, forums, and platforms where corporate event planners and wedding coordinators gather - Conduct listing audits for accuracy and optimization opportunities - Handle data entry and database maintenance - Assist with various admin tasks as needed - Basic web design maintenance (bonus if you have these skills!) ## What We're Looking For • *Must Haves:** - Proven experience with social media management and engagement strategies - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Experience with Facebook groups and organic social media growth - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Reliable internet connection and professional communication style • *Big Plus:** - Experience in vacation rental, hospitality, travel, or EVENT PLANNING industry - Knowledge of corporate retreat planning or wedding venue marketing - Basic web design or WordPress maintenance skills - Familiarity with social media scheduling tools - Research skills and ability to identify new market opportunities - Data entry and admin task experience ## What We Offer - Flexible remote work arrangement - Opportunity to grow with an established, profitable company - Collaborative team environment - Potential for increased responsibilities and growth ## How to Apply Please include: 1.
