About SwimUSA SwimUSA is a family-owned, boutique fiberglass pool manufacturer located in Hammonton, New Jersey. We produce premium-quality fiberglass swimming pools, spas, and tanning ledges that are sold through a network of contractors regionally. As a growing company in the B2B manufacturing sector, we pride ourselves on craftsmanship, service, and strong industry relationships. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and file management systems. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates exceptionally well, both in writing and verbally, and can support leadership by taking ownership of administrative, data, and CRM/lead management tasks. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in B2B or manufacturing environments, understands structured workflows, and operates with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Hours are part-time and flexible, with the possibility of growing into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities • Manage and organize Google Drive folders, documents, templates, and shared files • Update, maintain, and clean data within Google Sheets and Google Docs • Support CRM lead management, including updating records, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining data accuracy • Perform high-accuracy data entry, order tracking updates, and other administrative tasks • Assist senior management with various projects and operational support tasks • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional communication at all times • Identify gaps, anticipate needs, and proactively support workflow improvements Requirements • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs) • Experience managing and organizing digital files and data • Experience working in CRM systems (we use Nutshell) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy • High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Previous experience in a B2B, manufacturing, or operations-driven environment preferred • Comfortable with fluctuating part-time hours Contract Details • 1099 Independent Contractor • Part-Time, flexible hours • Fully Remote • Opportunity to grow into full-time position based on performance • Compensation: Based on experience Email: [email protected] Pay: From $23.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
