As a Title Examiner, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our commercial title insurance products. We are looking for someone with a strong background in title examination and a thorough understanding of Utah commercial real estate transactions. Conduct thorough title examinations for commercial properties in Utah, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation and information. Utilize knowledge of Utah commercial real estate transactions to identify potential title issues and provide solutions to resolve them. Review and analyze legal documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other related documents. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the title examination process. Maintain organized and accurate records of all title examination activities and communicate any updates or changes to relevant parties. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in laws and regulations related to title insurance and real estate transactions in Utah. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and requests from clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines while conducting title examinations. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to title examination.
