User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile Growth)

Remote, USA Full-time
About The Role We are looking for a data-driven Growth Specialist to operate and improve our user acquisition processes. You will be the hands-on engine behind our campaigns, running experiments, analysing results, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to optimise our performance. What You'll Be Doing (Core Impact) • Campaign Execution & Optimisation: You will independently operate our paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, AppLovin, SDK networks). You will manage day-to-day bidding, audience targeting, and campaign hygiene to ensure we hit our targets. • Run Experiments: You will execute A/B tests on creatives and landing pages. You will take hypotheses agreed upon with your manager and see the experiments through to completion—from setup to result analysis. • Data Analysis & "Diving Deep": You will monitor key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, ROAS). You will maintain curiosity to verify metrics, analyzing data to understand the "why" behind performance changes and identifying areas for improvement. • Creative Collaboration: You will work with several teams (Design, Content) to brief in new creative concepts based on data. You will provide input on scoping out work required to refresh our ad library. • Process Improvement: You will use existing tools and processes to solve tasks but will also be expected to identify inefficiencies. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our growth stack by questioning assumptions. Who You Are • You are a Fast Operator: You value speed. You leverage existing solutions instead of reinventing the wheel, and you are comfortable taking calculated risks based on 70% evidence. • You are Detail-Oriented: You demonstrate the ability to zoom in and out. You connect the details of a specific campaign setting to the bigger picture of our monthly goals. • You are a Team Player: You work effectively with diverse teams. You support team alignment towards common goals and proactively share positive experiences and learnings with your peers. • You put Members First: You strive to simplify. When setting up campaigns or funnels, you incorporate ethics and privacy, ensuring the user journey is clear and delightful. What You'll Bring to the Table • Experience: 1.5 - 3 years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, ideally with mobile apps. • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable operating within ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Adjust/AppsFlyer, Mixpanel). • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data sets to make informed decisions. You don't just report the numbers; you analyse them to revise strategies. • Autonomy: You are mostly autonomous. You can align deliverables with your manager and then execute the work independently, requiring only light supervision on specific targets. • Resilience: You can troubleshoot technical issues (pixel tracking, creative rejections) and find efficient solutions. ✨ Bonus Points (Nice to have) • Experience with web-to-app funnels. • Basic understanding of ASO (App Store Optimisation).on). The ZOE Intentional Interview Journey We aim for an efficient and insightful process where you can get to know us, and we can get to know you. • Talent Acquisition Screen | 30 min • Hiring Manager Deep Dive | 45 min • Remote Loop • Case Study & Strategic Q&A | 45 min • Cross Collaboration Interview | 45 min • Leadership, Influence, & Values Interview | 45 min Ready to thrive? We want to hear from you The experience, skills, and attributes we’ve outlined are what we believe will help someone truly thrive in this role. However, we understand that talent comes in many forms. If you are genuinely excited about ZOE's mission and this opportunity, please don't hesitate to apply—even if you don't meet every single requirement listed. We fundamentally value potential and commitment above all else. We are dedicated to fostering growth and providing opportunities for you to learn and develop alongside us. Apply tot his job
