Key Requirements: - Licensed attorney in the US with expertise in healthcare and privacy law. - Deep knowledge of HIPAA, GINA (Genetic Information - Nondiscrimination Act), FDA regulations for direct-to-consumer genetic tests, and relevant state laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA). - Proven experience drafting privacy policies, terms of service, consent forms, and disclaimers for health/tech websites involving genetic data. - Understanding of genetic privacy risks and best practices for data security.
