Urgent Hiring for Legal Counsel on Lithium Deal
We are currently engaged in a high-stakes consulting arrangement involving a sizable multi-billion-dollar asset firm in New York City and a lithium mining acquisition group in Brazil. We are serving as intermediaries, connecting both parties and facilitating a consulting structure for a transaction valued at approximately $1B in lithium assets. As part of this deal, we are finalizing several critical legal documents — including NDAs, non-circumvention agreements, and consulting/service agreements and require an experienced legal professional to support review, redlining, negotiation alignment, and risk mitigation. We are seeking a contract attorney who can immediately assist with: - Reviewing and refining NDA, NCNDA, and consulting agreement language - Ensuring our compensation, protections, and deal terms are accurately reflected - Evaluating redlines from opposing counsel and advising on revisions - Joining calls to confirm the written terms match verbal agreements Requirements: - Licensed U.S. attorney - Strong experience with NDAs, consulting agreements, and transactional contracts - Ability to work quickly and provide clear, actionable guidance - Availability for immediate review and a joint call with our team If you are qualified and available to support this deal, please reach out with your hourly rate, availability, and relevant experience.
