I’m hiring someone who is active on TikTok/Shorts/Reels, understands U.S. culture, and knows what’s trending among people in their 20s. My YouTube channel focuses on reacting to relatable, viral, and painful life stories—especially around money, dating, debt, adulting, and modern life struggles. HERE IS A CHANNEL OF GOOD EXAMPLES: Your job is to find and prewatch full TikTok videos to make sure the story is strong, interesting, and worth reacting to. I want only high-quality, curated clips, not random stuff. OUR TASKS Every week, you will: 1. Search TikTok Use relevant keywords based on the themes above. 2. Prewatch the ENTIRE TikTok This is important. You must make sure: the story is trending/lots of reactions the hook is strong it matches theme of the week 3. Choose ONLY the strongest clips No fillers. No weak stories. Only choose clips you genuinely think would make good reaction content. 4. Deliver 25–40 curated clips per week Organized in a clean folder: CLIP QUALITY REQUIREMENTS Strong hook within the first 2–5 seconds A full story arc (setup → conflict → outcome) No mumbling or terrible audio No long pauses No copyrighted songs drowning out the speaker Fits my channel’s themes of money pain, dating pain, 20s pain, adulting pain, and life mistakes Apply tot his job
