Telehealth - Physical Therapist - REMOTE Position - GA, NC, SC or VA Ignite Your Career With CORA! The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position. Must be licensed in the state of GA, NC, SC, or VA, OR Compact PT License-eligible. Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states. What You’ll Love About Us: • Competitive Pay • 7 paid annual holidays + 3 weeks PTO that grows with time • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance • Retirement & savings plan • Leadership development programs: coaching, mentorship, and skill-building activities • Professional development opportunities including advanced certifications and Orthopedic Residency • Potential relocation assistance • Tuition reimbursement What You’ll Need: • Physical Therapist License • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience • Bilingual fluent in English/Spanish preferred Pelvic Health • Pelvic Health preferred • Experience providing Digital Health Services preferred What You’ll Do: • Uses digital platform to deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development. • Performs Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services including interactive communication and monitoring. • Supports digital services with appropriate documentation. • Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs. • Performs physical/occupational therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of practice established. • Communicates with the primary treating clinician providing revisions in treatment as appropriate. • Develops regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services. • Serves as a liaison between providers and Program Manager. • Utilizes digital services as a strategy to develop therapeutic alliance with patients. • Advocates for digital services to optimize and grow remote services at CORA. • Assists the RTM Program Manager in developing RTM best practices. • Maintains regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics. • Participates in program development and marketing efforts as directed by the Executive Director of Clinical Education and Program Manager. • Collaborates with other departments as necessary. • Actively pursues opportunities of professional growth. • Completes other job duties as outlined by the Executive Director of Clinical Education. • Maintains standards of professional and ethical practice according to APTA/ AOTA Guidelines in the full scope of physical/occupational therapy services. • Understands and follows all CORA business, compliance, and employment policies and procedures.
