As the Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success and efficiency of our developer productivity programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing strategic plans. Lead Developer Productivity Initiatives: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for spearheading and overseeing all developer productivity initiatives within the organization. This includes developing strategic plans, setting timelines and goals, and ensuring successful implementation. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Technical Project Manager will work closely with various teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify project requirements, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Manage Project Timelines and Budget: It will be the responsibility of the Technical Project Manager to create and manage project timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed within the set budget and deadlines. Identify and Mitigate Risks: The Technical Project Manager will proactively identify potential risks and issues that may arise during project execution and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide Technical Expertise: As an expert in open source technology, the Technical Project Manager will provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Monitor and Report on Project Progress: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion. Mentor and Train Team Members: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for mentoring and training team members on project management best practices, technical skills, and open source technology. Continuously Improve Processes: The Technical Project Manager will continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: It will be the responsibility of the Technical Project Manager to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in open source technology to ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
