Your Role You’ll bring customer truth into the product cycle end-to-end—clarifying needs, defining practical requirements, and validating new features through real inspection workflows. You’ll make sure engineering has clean inputs, Support has accurate context, and releases match how features behave in the field. Your documentation, testing, and insight will help the team ship confidently and consistently. You’ll: • Summarize customer needs and workflow gaps with clear, structured insights • Translate those needs into straightforward, engineering-ready requirements • Test new features like a field user through full end-to-end inspections • Document decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and expected behavior • Verify Support issues, reproduce root causes, and confirm fixes • Coordinate release readiness with Support and Marketing • Keep release notes accurate and grounded in real usage • Spot recurring patterns and share data-backed recommendations with Product You Bring: • 2+ years in product, program, operations, or SaaS roles • Strong English communication—clear, concise, structured • Ability to quickly understand complex workflows and simplify them • Comfort testing mobile and web experiences thoroughly • Proactive documentation mindset—you fill clarity gaps early • Ability to work independently within a lean, senior team Bonus Points: • Experience with SaaS, PropTech, or real estate workflows • Familiarity with testing mobile apps or mapping multi-step processes • Exposure to writing acceptance criteria or lightweight specs What’s Offered: • Competitive USD compensation ( flexible based on location, experience and fit) • Flexible PTO and fully remote setup • Learning resources and professional growth support • A chance to shape a new role with clear cross-team impact Interview Process: • Personality Assessment (35 min) • Intro Chat (30 min) – Discuss your experience & fit • Demo Presentation/Challenge (45 min) – Showcase your technical product understanding and communication skills • Interview with Engineering Manager(45 min) • Final Call with Leadership (30 min) – Culture alignment and offer This offer from "atomic* HR" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 84% flex score.
