Tableau Specialist (part-time)

We are looking for a Tableau Specialist to support our Salesforce department with ad-hoc, short-term Tableau projects. This is an independent, flexible role where you can contribute to our projects while managing your own schedule. It’s a great opportunity for a skilled Tableau professional looking to take on project-based work in collaboration with an international team. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights from multiple data sources. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. Optimize Tableau workbooks and data extracts for performance and usability. Develop and maintain calculated fields, parameters, and filters to support dynamic reporting. Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and proper documentation of reporting processes. Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Train users on accessing and interpreting Tableau dashboards. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization. Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and best practices for interactive dashboard design. At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English. Will be a plus Experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce. Work schedule: Independent role with autonomy over your schedule and workload, fully remote work. Interview stages: 1.
