Survey Research Analyst

They are seeking a Survey Research Analyst to contribute to all aspects of their survey product, including data analysis, survey design, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver meaningful insights for clients. Responsibilities Analyze survey data to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights for client deliverables Create compelling data visualizations that translate complex findings for executive audiences Draft analytical narratives and executive summaries that contextualize survey results Contribute to survey design by recommending question structures that yield actionable insight Demonstrated ability to create clear, compelling data visualizations Experience translating quantitative findings into executive-level narratives Portfolio or work samples showing analytical writing and data visualization Partner with cross-functional teams to set up and launch surveys effectively Monitor surveys in the field to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution Support internal teams with survey outreach and marketing efforts Skills Earned Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university Strong Excel skills Previous experience supporting survey fielding or survey operations Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong work ethic driven by intellectual curiosity, persistence, and tenacity Excellent written and oral communicator Creative thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving Strategic thinker with a track record of finding creative solutions to improve workplace processes and systems High-level organization and time management skills with the ability to be proactive, effectively prioritize tasks, and efficiently respond to urgent requests Awareness of and interest in what happens in Washington Experience with Python, SQL, R, or comparable data analysis tools Familiarity with AI-enhanced coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Warp) Company Overview Gravity Research offers societal and reputational intelligence, stakeholder influence analysis, and procurement influence mapping.
