Supply Chain Manager & Online Specialist

Position: Supply Chain Manager Cum Online Specialist Job Summary Serve as the primary communication link between the regional office and the business, ensuring alignment with planning and forecasting cycles. Support business operations by handling key transactional activities that drive revenue growth. Handling Online portal end to end transaction Key Responsibilities • Demand & Supply Management • Monitor demand trends and oversee supply management. • Organize inventory and forecast meetings with the Project Manager. • Analyze and prepare draft forecasts for submission. • Ensure accurate and timely forecast data entry. • Maintain and manage forecasting and procurement system requirements. • Establish and approve forecast limits. • Track slow-moving inventory and implement corrective actions. • Inventory Planning & Optimization • Maintain optimal inventory levels for both short-term and long-term products. • Track and enhance forecast accuracy while managing Days of Supply. Supply Chain Coordination • Align supply chain operations across Singapore, China and Indonesia and regional offices to ensure transparency in customer demand, supply, and materials in transit. • Process procurement data on a weekly basis. • Optimize drop shipping strategies based on business rules. • Process purchase orders as required. • Maintain and update product pricing in ERP, collaborating with the Product Manager and HQ to address pricing gaps. • ERP Operations & Logistics Management • Execute key ERP transactions, including downloading and sharing shipping schedules. • Oversee stock allocation by distributing forecasted inventory, managing additional requests, and balancing excess stock. • Allocate stock weekly to sales companies and respond quickly to additional stock requests and inquiries. Online & Ecommerce • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals. • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. • Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, logistic) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms. • Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media. • Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories. • Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies. • Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements • Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, • Bachelor's Degree/ Post • Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Supply Chain Management • At least 2-3 Years of working experience as Supply Chain Executive/ Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
