Strategic Partnership Manager | Lumber & Building Supply The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for managing partner accounts as well as identifying and developing new key national accounts alliances to generate leads and/or create new sales opportunities. Conducts business reviews of strategic national accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis recommendations to management. What you will be doing: • Working with Sales, develop and maintain strong relationship throughout the account’s organization. • Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions being provided by Epicor. • Develop key goals and metrics for each account, measure and report on them monthly or quarterly. • Define and implement programs that support defined objectives • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalation as needed. • Manage contracts, billing, rebates (if applicable) – provide Epicor management time to respond to contract renewals and price change options • Hold at a minimum quarterly meeting with each account • Work with customers to ensure Epicor products are being utilized effectively and efficiently. • Support implements an annual operating plan process.
