Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Unique Opportunity: Lead Intern - CSR & Sustainability Community Affairs Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a proactive Lead Intern for our CSR & Sustainability Community Affairs team. Responsibilities: • Contribute to the development and delivery of customer values alignment materials related to ESG commitments and programs. • Analyze large data sets of customer surveys to extract insights and trends. • Research and supervise customer ratings, awards, and social impact partners. • Requirements: • Currently pursuing an MBA or equivalent experience in a relevant field. • 3+ years of proven experience, with familiarity in corporate ESG reporting preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail, data collection, analysis, research, and effective collaboration abilities. • Proven ability to take initiative, own projects, and stay organized while working across multiple tasks and teams simultaneously. • Understanding of ESG, philanthropy, and/or sustainability issues in a corporate setting. • Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. offers a world-class work environment where you can compete with the best in the industry. Compensation And Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $23.04–$38.40. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
