The role involves preparing, monitoring, and controlling various areas of the Sports website to meet the requirements of the Trading department while working flexible hours. Responsibilities Prepare, monitor and control multiple areas of the Sports website including Classification Pages, Offers, and Live Streams to enhance customer experience Gain in-depth knowledge of global content delivery, including event prioritization and customer betting trends Work closely with the scheduling and analysis teams to ensure all applicable events are considered and promoted effectively Create and manage the display of country or state specific content on the Company’s mobile and desktop platforms Monitor presence across a range of media, ensuring content is both compliant and current Ensure that Live Streaming services are providing customers with accurate live feeds of the most popular sporting events Send internal and external communications to ensure content delivery is effective Skills Awareness of the Company's Sports Betting products, platforms and Live Streaming Positive and proactive approach to completing work to the highest standard Strong attention to detail Wide-ranging sports knowledge Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively Good computer skills Company Overview Bet365 is an online gambling company that offers comprehensive in-play services for its clients.
