In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical company data to support our operations and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update passenger, flight, and operational data into company systems. Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness before submission. Maintain and organize digital records, reports, and confidential documents. Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors promptly. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient data processing. Adhere to company guidelines for data security and confidentiality. Generate periodic reports to support decision-making and operational needs. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn and navigate company-specific databases and software. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong computer literacy and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. Working Hours Flexible remote schedule with options for part-time or full-time availability. Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening shifts based on operational needs.
