Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide testing insights. Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to team discussions and providing input on testing progress. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Provide feedback and recommendations based on testing outcomes to promote continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Proficient in test planning, test case design, and defect management. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
