We're looking for a backend engineer who thrives in high-ownership environments, takes pride in clean architecture and well-designed systems, and wants to be part of an early team building critical infrastructure from scratch. We’re looking for someone who : Is a builder at their core - you come alive when you're creating, iterating, and shipping. Owns problems end to end - you don’t wait for direction. You identify what needs to be built, figure it out, and make it happen. Obsesses over details - you can’t rest with flaky code or unresolved bugs. You care about performance, reliability, and clean design - and you make time to get it right. Learns fast and thrives under pressure - you jump into unfamiliar territory without hesitation. You want to wear multiple hats, move fast, and be pushed to grow every day.
