The Role Veeva OpenData Commercial provides healthcare reference data worldwide. It supports commercial sales execution, compliance, and business analytics. As part of our Engineering team, you will drive impactful changes, delivering the tools to build the global data core for life sciences in 100+ countries. This is a role for a software engineer who loves to learn, build, and solve complex problems. If you’re passionate about technology, you’ll be right at home in our team. What You’ll Do Develop and optimize core algorithms Build data processing automations Develop data tools (libraries, APIs) to align data operations and ensure data quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams Requirements 5+ years of professional experience developing software with a focus on high-performance algorithms Advanced proficiency in Java , including multi-threading, performance tuning, and build systems (Gradle / Maven) Excellent skills in SQL and Dataframe manipulation Nice to Have Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box below! We value a passion for learning above all.
