Software Developer, Civil 3D

They are seeking a Software Developer for their Civil 3D product to participate in feature development, bug fixing, and unit testing, while working in a cross-functional team to build and maintain software for various products. Responsibilities Prototype, implement, and maintain features and software components Participate in code reviews and improve code quality based on feedback Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability Trouble shoot and fix bugs efficiently Learn and follow the team’s engineering processes, tools, and architecture Collaborate with the product owner, experience designer and product management teams to review and implement proposed designs Being agile and using LEAN methodology as an active member of a Scrum team Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve product quality and user experience Proactively learn and share new technologies, stay current with the latest AI trends and actively contribute ideas for integrating AI into our products and workflows that create tangible value for customers Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering or equivalent Good programming skills with C++, C# or similar Good understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and system analysis Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience working in a Scrum team Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams Background or education in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a big plus Experience with Git or similar source code revision control systems Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, installation, and Test Automation Familiarity with computational geometry Experience with C#, .NET, Python Experience with cloud services and web technologies Knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, SQLite) Practical experience with AI technologies, frameworks, or platforms Benefits Annual cash bonuses Commissions for sales roles Stock grants Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview Autodesk develops 3D design software for use in the architecture, engineering, construction, and media industries.
