About this role We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer / Media Manager to help build Replika’s internal media presence from the ground up — whether that’s on YouTube, TikTok, or a new format altogether. Your mission: to turn Replika’s world into stories that people genuinely want to watch and follow. Think short documentaries about our users, behind-the-scenes looks at product updates, and inspiring conversations with creators who shape the future of AI companionship. What You’ll Be Doing • Lead the creation of Replika’s video and social media content strategy (YouTube, TikTok, or emerging channels), supporting X and Instagram growth. • Produce, plan, and execute video content — from user stories and interviews to product updates and mini-documentaries. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and independent filmmakers to bring authentic, visually engaging narratives to life. • Experiment with formats and storytelling approaches to grow an audience organically — with minimal spend, but maximum creativity. • Own Replika’s media presence end-to-end: from concept to publishing, analytics, and audience growth. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Content Producer, Media Manager, or Creative Lead managing video-first channels (YouTube, TikTok, etc.). • Strong storytelling instincts and a portfolio that shows your ability to turn ideas into engaging, high-quality content. • Hands-on production skills: scripting, directing, coordinating shoots, and managing post-production. • Understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement tactics. • Passion for technology, AI, and authentic human stories — and the energy to build something from scratch.
