A Social Media Coordinator and immerse yourself in the captivating world of beauty and social media. We're on the lookout for a passionate beauty enthusiast who's ready to make waves in the digital realm. Your role is all about enhancing our brand's online presence, connecting with beauty enthusiasts, and turning heads with captivating content. The Social Media Coordinator will assist in discovering new talent, daily community engagement, UGC, content creation and support the team with day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and loves a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a passion for connection. You possess an understanding of social trends and how to engage an audience across multiple social channels. You have a creative mindset and enjoy working as a team and collaborating on campaign and content ideas. In this role, you will attend beauty events, photoshoots, influencer events, in-store visits, seminars, and occasional travel. Responsibilities: • Passion for creating content. • Proven experience in social media coordination, content creation, or related roles. Media kit preferred. Show us your creativity! • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and content management systems (e.g., Meta Creator Market Place, Later, WordPress). • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with SEO tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices. • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Life Insurance • Employee Exclusive Glamour Discount • Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or currently enrolled in college with a major in marketing, social media, business, communications, public relations, or related fields. • Minimum Experience required: • Minimum 4 years of work experience managing social media accounts preferably related to the cosmetics industry. • Strong skills in creating content and visual storytelling. • Makeup Artistry experience, beauty, and lifestyle influencer a plus. Skills Required: • Must have a portfolio! • Proven experience in managing social media accounts. • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Detail-Oriented and strong problem-solving skills Must be able to take and edit videos and photos. • Must be able to speak and appear in video format. • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced work environment. • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality. • Able to work collaboratively in groups as well as independently. Proficiency in web research and data analysis Strong proofreading and editing skills. • Experience in photography and video editing • Additional duties and responsibilities as required.
