As a Service Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Group Insurance team, managing report requests, preparing presentations, and ensuring effective electronic file management. Responsibilities Manage report requests Prepare presentations and meeting materials, kits, letters, PowerPoint slides, and similar documents using layout, formatting, and data entry skills Ensure electronic file management via SharePoint, upload necessary documents, and oversee archiving organization Manage and update internal and external contact lists as well as internal lists (case lists, NPS, SLA, etc.) Keep all presentation materials for Growth and Retention teams up to date, ensuring templates reflect the latest marketing assets and brand image Assist in managing the general inbox for the Activities Support, Reporting, and Analytics team, as well as our online form Handle endorsement requests of simple to medium complexity Skills Holds a diploma in administration, financial services, insurance, or a related field Has 1 to 2 years of experience in group or individual insurance Is recognized for rigor, attention to detail, and analytical skills Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills Has intermediate proficiency in English (oral and written), as you will need to communicate weekly in English (30–50% of the time) with internal and external support teams, service teams, and sales teams in group benefits and retirement savings Benefits Flexible group insurance Competitive pension plan Stock purchase plan Vacation and wellness days Telemedicine Employee and family assistance program Ergonomic furniture program Performance bonus Discounts on iA products Company Overview iA Financial Group is one of the largest insurance and wealth management groups in Canada, with operations in the United States.
