Service Admin, Boston Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. Responsibilities: Perform daily invoicing of all completed work orders and parts sales. Receive parts into inventory software system. Assist Station Manager in coordinating parts orders. Assist Station Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels. Establish and maintain a file system. Assist Station Manager in performing accurate and on time EOM close reports. Responsible for overall appearance of office area. Assist Station Manager in collecting aging receivables. Submit daily sales and productivity reports. Communicate potential new business opportunities to Station Manager. Perform data entry into customers maintenance programs as required. Assist Station Manager in processing vendor invoices to corporate office. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred. Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required. Software Knowledge: Microsoft office applications. PC literate and strong word processing skills. Ability to obtain an Airport SIDA Badge.
