We are looking for new team members to join our SEO Team fully remotely! Responsibilities: • Develop SEO strategies to achieve rapid ranking improvements for target keywords • Manage or coordinate the implementation of backlink, PBN, redirect network, and similar strategies • Conduct competitor analysis, monitor rankings, and provide regular organic traffic reports • Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry innovations • Collaborate closely with the technical and content teams. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, • Experience or deep technical knowledge of Black Hat SEO methods (PBN, Cloaking, Link Schemes, etc.), • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc. • Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and strategic planning, • Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to work, • Analytical mindset with strong work discipline. Preferred: • Proven case studies demonstrating successful traffic growth from scratch, • Experience working on affiliate projects, • Strong technical SEO knowledge (Schema, Page Speed, Indexing, Crawl Budget Management, etc.), Working Conditions: • Days: Monday–Saturday (6 days) • Hours: 10:00–18:00 (attendance tracked via time management software) • Salary range: 45,000 TL – 55,000 TL • Regular salary increases based on performance • Full-time position (not suitable as a side job) Experienced candidates who can provide past work samples and references will receive special consideration.
