Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform
Job Description: • Team up with AI product engineering teams to deliver foundational AI solutions • Work closely with other engineers to understand their pain points in AI development • Design, build, and improve AI infrastructure and tooling • Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience • Set an example for effective, collaborative engineering culture and mentor junior team members Requirements: • At least 5 years of industry experience as a software engineer • Knowledge in designing, developing, and deploying AI applications leveraging LLM models and systems • Experience designing, building, and scaling internal developer solutions (APIs/services/platform) for ML/AI engineers • Understanding how to improve non-deterministic systems • Action-driven, willing to engage directly with users • Able to ramp up to different development environments and languages quickly - bonus if knowledgeable in Typescript Benefits: • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage • 16 weeks fully-paid parental leave for all new parents • Health & wellness and remote workplace stipends • Family planning benefits through Carrot Fertility • 401(k) matching • Flexible work hours and location • Open PTO policy • 11 paid holidays in the US Apply tot his job
