Lead Salesforce Administration with Confidence You’ll ensure the Salesforce is secure, efficient, and evolving with need-driving business improvements that keep our teams performing at their best. • Own Platform Administration: Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and access requests across the enterprise. • Champion System Enhancements: Research, recommend, and implement new features and tools to support continuous improvement. • Guide and Support Teams: Provide expert-level support and training internal users to maximize adoption and effectiveness. • Optimize Processes: Build and maintain workflows, approvals, and validation rules that streamline operations. • Ensure Data Integrity: Audit, validate, and resolve data issues to maintain accurate reporting and insights. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Experience Cloud Consultant preferred. • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. • Professional Skills: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and solve complex problems with innovative thinking. • Communication Strengths: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
