Senior Data Engineer - Mexico City

We are actively hiring for this position in Mexico. Candidates must be based in Mexico City or elsewhere in the country and authorized to work. You’ll work closely with teams based in Berlin and San Francisco, so overlap with CET and PST time zones is required. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Airflow, Python, and dbt to support data processing Continuously improve data pipeline performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement monitoring to maintain platform reliability Collaborate with data engineers, product analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand current and future data needs Establish and enforce data quality standards throughout the ETL process Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable data architectures Enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on data that is reliable, fast, and readily available What You’ll Bring: Expertise in designing, building, maintaining, and improving data platforms and pipelines Advanced knowledge of and experience with tools like Airflow and dbt Expertise in Python and SQL for data engineering tasks Experience in working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment Fluency in English is essential, as you’ll collaborate daily with English-speaking colleagues across Europe and the U.S. Who We Are Looking For: Autonomous Bring solutions instead of problems Data driven Quick to action A high functioning workaholic Looking for exponential career growth Have lots of fun building a generational AI x Entertainment company At Inkitt , we strive to build a company culture provide employment opportunities based on diversity and inclusion.
