As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be part of a talented team that is shaping the future of customer success and driving business growth. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for: * Creating and sustaining happy, referenceable customers who realize full value from our platform and partnership * Establishing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, aligning on value objectives and results, and acting as the customer's trusted advisor * Value realization: working closely with customers to understand their goals, objectives, and pain points, and developing tailored solutions to drive business outcomes * Product knowledge: staying up-to-date on our platform and services, and providing expert guidance to customers on how to maximize their investment * Relationship building: developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including executive-level relationships with CISOs and CIOs at F500 companies * Account success planning: working with customers to develop and execute customized success plans that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction * Cross-functional collaboration: collaborating with internal teams, including Support, Product, and Engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) capacity, with 6+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS product support environment * Strong experience building and developing long-lasting executive-level relationships (including with CISOs and CIOs) at F500 companies, along with providing an outstanding overall customer experience * Action-oriented, with the ability to quickly assess and integrate inputs across functions (Support, Product, ENG) and turn them into a scalable solution and clear customer narrative * Soft skills oriented towards developing and retaining a customer's trust and de-escalating their issues * Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to understand and review the financial return or ROI on the customer's investment * Strong written, spoken, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - both internally and externally * Proven ability to introduce and review new product features, best practices, and follow up with customers to advance desired platform adoption/usage * Strong technical troubleshooting skills (i.e., previous support or SE experience), and an ability to collaborate, coordinate, and escalate issues within a team of product support professionals * Previous experience with Internet and networking technologies and products, including email security products * Well-versed with using case management systems and CRM's (e.g., SFDC / JIRA) * Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or non-graduates with good communication skills, strong technical knowledge, or similar work experience **Benefits** As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you can expect: * A competitive bonus structure * Restricted stock units (RSUs) * Comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **What We Offer** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
