Process Engineering: Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures. Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Facilitate process improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes. Change Management: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs. Anticipate and address resistance to change, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams. Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies. Business Readiness: Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives, including technology, people, and process capabilities. Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations. Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure resilience and minimize disruptions. Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives. 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives such as vision/value definition, communication, leadership engagement, organization alignment and change sustainability. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables, and polished client-facing oral communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects, ensuring the readiness of the client organization(s) for a variety of changes, including new technology/processes, new organization strategy, or other change efforts. Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience with change management frameworks and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $115,000 - $140,000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
