Senior Business Immigration Paralegal (Remote – CA, NY, TX, or OH ONLY)

Role Description This is a full-time fully-remote role for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal at Bryant Immigration Law located in San Diego, CA. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and filing various immigration petitions and applications, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research on immigration issues, and managing visa applications. Responsibilities Prepare and file various immigration petitions and applications. Draft legal documents related to immigration matters. Conduct legal research on immigration issues. Manage visa applications and related processes. Qualifications 5+ years experience working as a business immigration paralegal. Preferred experience with O-1, L-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with case management software (e.g., DocketWise).
